Negotiations continued this week in a positive and collaborative manner. Good progress has been made towards the common goal of signing all non-monetary proposals at our next negotiating meetings on 24 and 25 October. Several articles were signed at our last meeting, including accession to the Union and the review of contributions (Article 9); EU stewards (Article 10); presence (Article 15); dismissal and recall (Article 37); Health and safety (section 44). Several other articles have been agreed in principle and are expected to be signed at our next meeting. Your committee expects that discussions on monetary items will begin very soon.
